SE Marketplace’s Extended Transaction (“Extended”) platform is a bulletin board that facilitates the buying and selling of shares of private companies that previously executed Reg CF, Reg A, and Reg D offerings. Extended enables shareholders to sell shares in private companies and investors to discover, review, and potentially invest in private companies.
